Excellent posts on AOL regarding removal of PLSIA management NOW. To do this you will need to get a copy of the company's by-laws and determine what percentage of shareholders are needed to request an emergency shareholder meeting. Round up the shares and get this done NOW. IMO this is every shareholders best chance at making any money with this stock. I have a good deal of experience in these matters and have successfully overthrown and taken over control of several companies in the past.
