Fully reporting by the end of June....Press release in July (From Gary) - Also, he is working on getting the April-June financials included with the Financials in July. Big Deal? I think so...If they include Jan-Jun, most of the deals we are seeing now are in the April-June range! That makes the financials look better in July than the next quarter.

Read the press releases from earlier...They and the company are both saying end of June...Out in July!

Impression I get is that the process of becoming a "fully reporting company" will begin at the end of the Fiscal Year (end of July ... weird FY). And that the process is not merely submitting the audited fiscal year annual report. Typically, the company submits and the SEC reviews and then often asks for more info. This is an iterative process and can take months, rather than days.
