I just think the next month will be significant from a trading standpoint because the trading range has been steady and we should be curious to see the ratio of buy/sells as the delayed earnings date approaches.
Market makers will soon have to shift things one way or another.
I am attempting to locate the May insider buying report to see if anyone on the inside has been buying recently...the last I saw was 10,000 shares by a director in February.
I hate the waiting game...but with all of the changes going on, we have to deal with it.
My prediction... 4th Q Revenues- $6.2 million
maybe combined with continued strong packaging margins we will soon see a profit.
They need to show that they can make some profit soon..
Expect news soon from LifeServ on the webpage.

I'll be back when I have new info to report.
Good luck
Dave B

A couple of areas of interest going forward when results are released. 1)Are Selling, General, and Administrative(SG&A) expenses going to decrease as a percentage of sales. This number has been up dramatically over the past year...are revenues going to begin showing a return for this increased investment???
2)Is the drug lab division still going to show strong growth, if so this will become a very strong asset going forward. As it does not fit into the core business directly it could be either sold to strengthen balance sheet or continue to contribute to the bottom line.
This company has plenty of positives going for it...it's time to move to the next level. Sales are up over last year, while the stock price is down.
PR...PR...PR---Where is it????
Any thoughts????
D.B.

Some news for us all....
Here are two links one from Yahoo and one from LifeServ Webpage(Just
posted to website even though it is from May 28) Priority Healthcare is a publicly traded company (PHCC) and is a majority
owned subsidiary of Bindley Western Industries (NYSE-BDY). Good news to me except no mention in Yahoo about LifeServ being a part of MSYS. That doesn't help.

Here you are:

lifeservtech.com
and
biz.yahoo.com

Any thoughts??? No PR...No immediate benefit for shareholders.
