Had a long talk with Jeff at Stern today. I think we are going to be just fine. The very fact that Strauss is aware that the Company needs to deal with the convertible shares is a big plus. He also is aware after talking to several experts that he cannot and will NOT issue any more shares to acquire any more companies. The technology is very very real.... he is seeking really great advice now on all front and I am confident he is going to do everything he can to maximize value. The committment from Textron is huge plus! Time will be kind to us shareholders. This stock will see true and fair value of $2.00-$3.00 in the near future (2-6 months, IMO). Of course a buyout is always a possibility too, but I am not suggesting I know anything.
