So, you want to know more about GSCO's $58 target for June '99? Read on...

First, let me just say that the best things in life do NOT have a link. Second, as a CREAF bull, this report, written by Lucas Ward, is one of the best things in life. A fortiori, there is no link.

Second, I have a hard copy of the voluminous twenty-three (23) page report dated May 18, 1998 on my desk.

If you turn to page 13, you will find the following paragraph on the left hand side, middle of the page, beginning as follows:

"In the optimistic scenario described above, Creative could generate earnings growth of 37% to US $2.90 in fiscal 1999. Under this scenario, we believe Creative's P/E multiple would expand to pre-crash levels of 20X or more, as the market would look forward to continuted momentum, putting the stock at US $58 by June 1999." [emphasis added]

Finally, that's all for tonight. If there is enough continued interest, I'll think about posting some more details this weekend. ;)
