Actually I was not disapointed at all with the conference call.I thought it went very
well. One of the best things to come from these calls is answers to many of the
questions you see on this thread.Rene was pretty straight forward he said that there
was around 70 - 75 million shares out there.about a 20 million share float.He explained
why he had to go with reg D and Reg S.He said there hasen't been any reg S shares in
a long time and that the company is almost finished with the reg D.There will be no
more stock dillution.

He talked about the company in black by end of first quarter.

The financing is complete other than a few signatures. Can be announced at any time.He
said it is a minute by minute thing.34 million and big name lender.

TT and US Filter will be announced very soon.USF will run the plants and supply
parts.TT has purchased a site this past week and will know by Mon on another. There
will be a new office for TT located in FT. Devens.

The Corinth Plant may be up and running again by end of fiscal year. Most likely in
Corinth if they can secure the waste contracts, wich are looking good.If not it will be
relocated. It will be run by USF.

As for Trooper,TT is to put out a seven page release to shareholders. It will address 15
main points.Mr Lebowitz was in on the call and explained alot about why the
agreement was terminated. He talked about Dan Cummins and said not to beleive what
was said on the internet. It does not look good for the Crows.I will not go into this to
much by tomorrow we should have the release.

Hamilton will be shut down for 2 weeks in June. Has something to do with the new
plant there.

The financials should be out the second week of June.

Continental will be having a weekly show this fall on CNBC.TT will be featured as one
of the most promising companies out there.

Rene said TT does not cook the waste and that the thermophilic process is used in the
Mark II Plants.Don't believe what was said on the thread.

There was much more all very promising. One of the great things to come of this is that
alot of the rumors on the threads were addressed and answered. There is no doubt that
the Crows are trying to do everything possible to bring TT down.

AS for am I disapointed not at all.In fact I feel even better than I did before.Rene put
to rest alot of worries investors had.The only thing I didn't like was the number of
shares.

I will most likely post more on this and the 7 page letter about Trooper.I am really
looking forward to next week.Rene will finally be vindicated.

When you post your comments on the conference call would you please address the following:

How many took part in this conference call and did they clearly identify themselves this time? If so would you please list the firms that took part.

I am sure you will post detailed notes on the call and from looking at the initial comments that have been posted here and on Yahoo one could feel encouraged, but In reviewing the first conference call that took place on April 2, nearly 2 months ago, I wish to draw your attention to your own post here on SI.

Item 3. US Thermo. Was any mention of it made?

Item 7. In regards to Reg financing you quoted Rene, "he said point blank...NO MORE REG D OR REG S! in fact....NO MORE DILUTION outside of the additional $2,000,000 Conv draw down (not required now)". My question; are we finished with the drawdown and if so how much or how many dollars did the company access in total.

During the conference call of April 17, you quoted Rene in your post as saying;

Item 5.Regarding the convertible debentures, he said "he was 99.99% sure all was completed". Again are we finished?

Item 9. Concerning overseas business. "We have some very interesting news that we should be announcing within a max of a month on the international side.

Item 14. 5 Projects about to get underway in the State of Washington.

Item 15. The discovery Channel program.

Were items 5,9,14 or 15 addressed by any of those who participated?

As always appreciate your efforts, but at first blush It seems these calls do little to build on one's confidence levels, especially if one backtracks a bit and compares previous calls.
