Good morning to you all. In response to some of the concerns expressed at SI regarding Mirandor ties to Barexor, we took it upon ourselves to seek further clarification from the company. Pursuant to our conversations with President, James Speros, we would like to report the following:

First and most importantly, there are no business relations between Barexor and Mirandor. Both companies are separately managed entities and, though both have offices in the same building, they do not share business opportunities or management.

Secondly, at one time in the past, Michel David was President of both Mirandor and Barexor, as well as, being involved with a number of other companies. However, in the autumn of 1996, Mr. David left the Presidency and management of Barexor, some six months prior to it's suspension from the Montreal Stock Exchange. To the best of our knowledge, Mr. David has not been involved with Barexor since.

Finally, at the present time, Mr. David is neither an officer or Director of Mirandor. He is called upon at specific times for his geological expertise, especially as it pertains to Nevada, as well as specific situations such as acquisition and negotiation of new properties.

Mr. Speros would also like to report that drilling at the Railroad property is on schedule and the company expects great excitement as drilling progresses and results come in.

Regards,
Agora Internet Relations Corp.
