The market today confirmed the start of this play. Although there was plenty of stock on the offer, the bids still chewed through a big wad. Over the past week there has been volume of over 400,000 shares, showing the market is interested. We should see continued rise in share price as a result.

Unless that moving slug of offers from Oliver reappears, of course. If anyone has been watching the bid/offer, you would have noticed the 31.5K offer that was always there. It looks like about half of it was bought today though.

The interest this week is no accident. The company seems to have brought some promoters on line, and are gearing up the fundamentals. As stated earlier, this has developed to a mature stage (end of June production), and once the story gets out it will generate some excitement.

It is still unknown when the consolidation will happen, but it looks like those who are waiting for it to happen are going to miss out on some of the move. I think the recent drop in share price was the market reaction to the consolidation and subsequent dilution from raising capital. With that already factored in, I think we will see a smooth transition to the new share structure.

Once again, do your due diligence by talking to Lawrie at 1-800-338-7844 before this snaps up to a double.
