James, there are more than 2 sides to the story as it goes with this company. The person who tried to sell me cigars was not the person who put up the web page. Question: that guy Beryl Wolk, king of the infomercial, what ever happened to him after he disappeared from the shareholder meeting, and has he done anything for this company besides running an operation which pushes other companies' cigars? The PR firm almost always states that they get their info. directly from DCGR, and tend to say this so often when I ? their source that it sounds like a disclaimer-e.g. Mr. Gnatt guaranteed audited financials in hand by today, Friday, May 29 1998, "but that is based on what the company tells me." Donde estan? And the idea that lots of pending deals is great news? I read it as it has almost been ONE YEAR and in terms of revenue producing deals, we have, I think, a 2400 sq. ft. deli and 3 stores in Vegas selling some cigars. What's paying the bills? Moving ahead rapidly? In a turtle's world maybe. Problems with the audit of '95 Powerphone or whatever shell it was then? That has nothing to do with producing a one year financial statement for DCGR and the revenue DCGR has produced, and what was there to audit anyways? Its not ideas that make a company, its the ability to carry them out. So far, so not good. I hope they prove me wrong, for the sake of my sanity and my pocket book, but it doesn't look that good to me.

FYI: Future SuperSchlock, I mean SuperStock, has picked SJI Group [ SJIG ], another cigar distributor, as their "pick" for this month. SJIG now trades at $3-3/8. Supposedly there are 4.2 million shares out. This could produce some "coattails" for DCGR to ride for a while. Supposedly, SJIG has a deal with Sams Club to put humidors and, of course, cigar inventory in the SC stores. Any port in a storm, I guess.
