Hey now, don't forget to short some CFON tomorrow. It's hovering just above 5. Tomorrow may be your last chance.

10K is due after the bell tomorrow. Tomorrow is the 90th day, so it's late if it doesn't appear.

Otaku, EQMDE is not only delinquent in filing its 10k, but also in filing the subsequent 10Q. I don't see any NT-10Q, either. There's no more info than that ... now and then I try to phone the CFO to ask how things are with the NASD, but I only get his voice mail.

PAMCE is also delinquent on both filings, but in their case they at least filed the NT-10Q.

Something I hadn't noticed before about EQMDE: a reverse split last August. It was 6:1. That was when the stock had reached the low single digits, after a long hard slide. The stock ran up again in the month of the reverse split, and since then has mostly returned to sliding.

A reverse split and delinquent filings are two signatures of a messed-up company.

I have looked at EQMDE, but always been scared off by the very small volume. Does that bother you?
