I am seriously considering picking up some KMAG. I had bought some at 22 sold options on it and had my shares called. Looking back this turned out okay. I see where it is now trading below book value. I have read about increased competition, but do not have a good handle on their current competition and how that will affect KMAG going forward. It seems unlikely that this company will continue to consistently have negative EPS. Is this a good opportunity to buy or is there a good reason for it being below book value? - RDH.
