And some insults...

But you choose to ignore the part which show's your error:
Last I looked we had three branches: The legislative, executive and judicial branch. So you are saying Clinton overruled the legislative and judicial branches? Or did you mean "Clinton overruled another part of the executive branch in his role as Chief Executive"??? Quite a bit different from "the rest of the government".

Pentagon spokesman Kenneth Bacon said the Defense Department "will respond to the congressman's request as soon as possible." Loral said Lim's panel violated company policy in giving China a 200-page assessment of the explosion's causes before notifying U.S. officials. The Pentagon later said the disclosure harmed U.S. national security by including information on rocket guidance that might be applicable to long-range nuclear missiles. The Justice Department is investigating whether Loral and Hughes, both of which were represented on the review panel, violated U.S. export control laws by revealing sensitive information on missiles. Senate and House leaders also have initiated inquiries.

The Pentagon didn't say security had been harmed right away. The Justice department and congress are only now initiating inquiries. Funny, if Clinton overruled the Justice Dept and Congress in 1996, they must have had inquiries going on back then, hmmm?

Do you think you can just say "per news reports" and people will believe you without looking?

I'd be happy if you got anything right.
