Unfortunately, it seems to be the case nowadays. Most of the
brand name product comes with 95/98 pre-installed and may
be even Office.

The sad thing is many of them do not have an offer for a
bare system(without OS, Office).

So if you buy a new system, you are most likely forced to
purchase those too. Why can't I just transfer my old 95/Office
license from my Pentium 75 to this new system ?
