Michael Sphar, Yes, the attorney for Sky Scientific and the legal counsel for CSHK are one and the same person. Now before you leap to any conclusions, I would remind you that it is not an uncommon event for an attorney to be involved with clients whose character might be questionable. I believe that criminal lawyers make a very fine, and perfectly legal living representing these types of clients in court. I would also point out to everyone that Ms. Del Medico was in no way ever mentioned as being involved in any of the misdoings at SKYS. Her only mention was that of a legal representative. She was never mentioned in any of the SEC filings regarding the defendants in the case. KJC
