Maybe you can find out the following for me: How many INVESTORS were hurt by the GMTC'S 3.7 Million Dollor IPO. How much has GMTC spent on LITIGATION expenses relevant to the class action suit against them for FRAUD, MISSTATEMENTS, and OMISSIONS. How much does GMTC expect the total litigation costs will be?? Is it true that some of the GMTC officers are being prosecuted both CIVILY & CRIMINALY?? Is it true that the GMTC stock had TANKED more than %400 after GMTC was caught LYING to the public. Is it true that TGS59 continues to RECRUIT friends and employees to be part of his DOG & PONY SHOW?? Is it true that TGS59 is FREAKING out on the EXPECTATIONS that AGTI will eventually cost him and GMTC MUCHO DOLLORS? Is it true that TGS59 takes his DOG & PONY SHOWS to other threads. BEST REGARDS

Timothy, Other than nagging aggravation and fuel for Rosario, I don't think to much of the securities lawsuits. Unfortunately this is common practice today and has been a good feeding ground for lawyers. I looked at the allegations and from what I saw they were completely wrong. I believe that the original stock drop was precipitated by inaccurate reporting confusing GMTC with MGAM, though a GMTC press release did not help clear the confusion. Anytime you have such a dramatic drop you will inevitably attract a lawsuit and it did. In my opinion there will not be any material impact, but as things develop this can be further evaluated. I do not have any information about restrictions, but would suggest a call to the company. John Paulson is the CFO and could provide an answer (602-804-1101).
