<<If you think the English class system is gone -- you're dreaming!>>

I do not think the English class system is gone. However, it is gradually eroding. Ending voting in the House of Lords is a powerful symbolic step. Taxing their country castles and estates heavily has caused them to be more productive, which is healthy for the society as a whole.

<<If you think socialism created balance -- you're dreaming!>>

Socialism seems to be a fairly natural reaction to cerfdom. The nice civilized European socialism (in the sense of their more compassionate and all-inclusive safety nets, for example) does seem to have created some balance. However, most socialistic seriously socialistic governments are way stations on the way to free enterprise systems.

<<If you think a feudal society based on power by birth is the same as a free society and capitalism -- you're dreaming!>>

I disagree with this statement, and don't remember ever saying that.

<<If you think robbing the extremely wealthy is morally right -- you're dreaming!>>

Robbing the extremely wealthy is exactly as morally right as robbing the populations which live under them. In the case of the English ruling class, for example, a natural correction has occurred over time. These class struggles very much adhere to the laws of action and reaction--eventually.

<<If you think taxing less means an end to legalized robbery -- you're dreaming!>>

Most people agree to be taxed, and as X has pointed out, often demand that more, not fewer, services be provided by the state. I think your idealized taxless society is extremely unrealistic, but then you're dreaming!!!

<<CHRISTINE!! Wake up and smell the coffee!>>

Maybe you should drink your poolside mai-tais a little slower. I think the alcohol is going to your head!!
