they are just looking for buyers so they can sell it and wait until the cards play out...

You may be right, but whatever these analysts said is already factored into the market. I would imagine they'd like to be holding the networkers going into Supercomm, but I could be wrong.

i know you got a good laugh when I said to buy ICVI at .09 and then again at .44.

So I thought I would give you an update.

ICVI current price .81 up 800% in little over a week.

$10k would be wort 90k right now.
