Tell me, how do you sell shares for $42.10? 42 1/8 = 42.13, 42 1/16 = 42.06, 42 3/32 = 42.09, 42 7/64 = 42.11 -- and I'm pretty sure ASND doesn't trade in 64ths. Your statement seems false, and therefore I question your entire post.

Tanger1,

Can you post where you got this information from?
Was it Reuters? (Probably not since we'd have seen it elsewhere).

Tanger1/aka Bluffmeister - Mory has zero (0) shares??

Perhaps it seems strange that Mory sold but he sold everything and has no vested interested. First, this would be difficult since these executives are constantly receiveing shares in addition to their salary. He probably could not sell the stock under SEC regs fast enough to have a 0 balance. Second, a quick read of Edgar would likely show Mory has at least 1 share and probably more like 100K shares.

I still agree with the others that your post is false and misleading.
I welcome any other comments on this.
