About apomorphine,

It has been around for a long long time.

It will NEVER work effectively as an ED drug.

I used to use apomorphine in my practice to make dogs vomit.

A tiny little piece of an apomorphine pill placed subconjuntivaly induces some pretty good hard vomiting in about 3 to 5 minutes. A wonderful antiemetic and that's why it will never be marketed as an ED drug.

BTW I still have that bottle of apomorphine. It was manufactured by Lilly and the expiration date on my bottle was 1978 yet the stuff still worked fine in the 1990s.
