Greg: A few questions and comments. From your post #283 As I've said before, Carroll Shelby is 100% behind AENG. Not 99%, but 100%. Carroll Shelby lives and breathes AENG. Carroll is probably the only one talking more about AENG than AENG themselves. The implication here is that you have talked with him personally. Otherwise, how could you make such a statement without that conversation? Yet in your post #299 reprinting the "e-mail" from Mr. Travis:...Greg, you can print all or portions of this. I ask that you eliminate the email address. I am also making arrangements so that you can speak directly with Mr. Shelby to hear and report back the truth. Something that _____ hasn't a clue about, the truth that is. See you all in the market tomorrow. Regards, David Travis President ********END********* I love this! If you'd like to pass along a few questions for Mr. Shelby, I'll be happy to ask. The intimation here is that you will pass questions to Mr. Travis to be answered by Mr. Shelby. What need is there to pass questions since you seem to know Mr. Shelby so intimately? ...Carroll Shelby lives and breathes AENG. Carroll is probably the only one talking more about AENG than AENG themselves.... [repeated for emphasis] From your post 257 All, There's a rumor going around that someone who's shorting AENG paid a flunky reporter to write a negative story about the company. I don't know if it's coming, it's just a rumor. If it arrives, I want everyone to be prepared. Where did you here this rumor? In your post 247 PS. I apologize for the misinformation in post #104. Let me assure you that it was totally unintentional and simply an attempt to further the knowledge base of this board. I hate spreading inaccurate information, but I did it and I was wrong. Again, I apologize. Here is what you wrote in 104 The visit to the University of Wisconsin at Madison is much more involved than originally reported. AENG is not only going to have its gauges checked, but the Engine Research Center at the University of Wisconsin will thoroughly test the engine and certify the results. This is a highly respected research facility. They will test fuel consumption, emissions, horsepower, foot pound torque, etc, all at varying rpm. Please tell us who gave you this inaccurate information so that they can be held accountable. In 231 Sword asked But in regards to investment in the company, Buckfa is very wise in recommending we find out when the company held shares can be traded. This is an immense block and could drive the price into the single digits if unloaded all at once. Have you made any progress in finding this out, Buckfa? And is there anyone else who might be able to help in this? With such wonderful "inside sources" why couldn't you help on this? In your post 195, ALL, A little birdie just sat on my window sill and said .................................... "News tomorrow on AENG" and then he flew away. Darn bird, I wanted to ask him what it was about, but he was gone. Who told you the Detroit Press was going to publish the next day? In post 116 The two directors of AENG are: Murray Bailey (the CEO) and George Hunt (not of silver fame). I have the bio on Mr. Hunt somewhere, but I can't locate it at the moment. I'll post as soon as it's found (it's got to be in one of the piles on my desk):-) Since you never posted it, I assume your desk is very messy. From post 29 I came across something very interesting today and thought I'd share it with you guys. It's an e-mail sent to others who attended the meeting with AENG, from one of the higher ups at TACOM Military facility (listed on AENG's web site as "US Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command"). I thought about reproducing this word for word, but since this is e-mail sent to someone else, I won't. I'll just give you the basics of the e-mail. Who sent you this and why? Finally in your post 14 Also, I've been an investor for many years and have developed many relationships along the way. Yet in post 265 Yes, I'm still attempting to grow-up. It's difficult, but I'm trying! My five year high school reunion is coming up in a few years and I hope I'm ready. Which one is it? Actually, I'm leaning towards the latter explanation since you did not know that Auric Goldfinger is the famous villain from probably the best James Bond movie (and arguably the best book.) Bond: Do you expect me to talk? Goldfinger: No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die. ww
