Read that sentence again and, again, tell me that Raabe's and Boethling's shares are restricted. Lawyers try to be very precise in their language. The only restricted shares I see are those held by Cayou and Skinner.

Good point Pugs, but I think there is a real difference between shares that have a restrictive legend on them and those that are vaguely placed in a trust for one year.
