Ms. Newell (aka Mrs. Lanza - aka Ms. Profit):

First of all I want to say that I have the highest respect for you as a lady. Second of all I just wanted to point out an observation regarding Time and how quickly it can change "things"!

A year ago (actually on June 14, 1997) in your Message 1593825 post (under miss profit) you called me "one ugly geek and a nut" among other names (including making the comment as how proud you were that your balls were bigger than mine), and then stated the following:

"... when I look at the asset base of the company as well as the increased revenue over the last 10 months, this is one company with a helluva lot of potential! There are all kinds of scams out on the public market today with stock prices around $10.00! I could of bought stock in one of those but when you look at the company on paper THERE ARE NO ASSETS OR REVENUE!"

You then made some remarkable comments in support of Airstar (then Xecom) in the following posts (and I strongly suggest for you and everyone to review those comments):
Message 1593920
Message 1600039
Message 1600150

And in fact in your Message 1616354 post you stated the following:

"...To the Xecom shareholders who are behind this company, from what I understand, good news is on the way! To the negative individuals who are determined to hurt this company: bad news is on the way for you."

And today less than a year later, you (under Ms. Marie Newell user ID) state the following:

"...Please do not implicate Jayne Lanza with IWIC, Topnet or Joe Lanza. My assets are separate. I am not a partner in any of the mentioned nor would I invest in Airstar Technologies... I pity the shareholders who are in this
stock ...
"

WOW! What a change of mind!! Exactly what on earth happened to you?!

Long Live Airstar Technologies Inc.
