As usual there are two sides represented , the analysts who speak for Intel are no doubt either heavily invested in Intel or have convinced their clients to do so . Those against no doubt include all other chipmakers and many PC companies and their investors .
The question is , what does an investigator without any hidden motive
conclude from the evidence ?

Yes we all remember that, but what AMDites don't want to talk about is that the K6 has a similar bug every bit as bad and AMD has never been held accountable in the same manner Intel was. There are conditions whereby the K6 FPU produces incorrect results. Why haven't we heard demands for a recall? Simple. The K6 isn't considered a serious chip so nobody bothers.
