minus liability !!!
the company at present is worth less than the non-tobaco part should be worth because of the money grabbing regulators

whoops!! pardon me, do not pass go, back two spaces...

1. MO is not going to split up.
2. The tobacco business is not going to go bankrupt(?),
what ever that word means, Chap. 11? no, Chap. 13? NO
3. The tobacco business is of great value.
as, is the Food + Beer, Both Domestic and/or International.
ALL divisions of MO are profitable!
All division together have demonstrated, highly, predictive
earnings and cash streams...

blah,blah,blah...I do not want to go over this ground gain.

I do not wish, to go over the fundamentals, again, again,
but, you may wish, to start afresh, start with the
balance, and then revenue from CONTINUING operations, from
1997 Annual report, utilize 4th quarter 97, and 1st quarter
1998, extrapolate...

[...from this point...IMHO
and you will come to the same conclusion, I wish to be a part
owner of this company. The more the better. A premier
value company with respect to earnings, perhaps, the
single best value, at this time and place. (end of IMHO)]

end.
end of line.
end of file.
end of transmission.
