Jack, Your right. The shareholders will get screwed if they continue to go down the road and listen to this management. But, the bottom line is the management has to go. My husband has to be replaced and new blood has to be brought in and take this company in the direction it deserves. It could be a dynamic company but that will not happen if the current Board stays in place. They will "milk" every dollar that there is and you the SHAREHOLDERS will be left with nothing. You have to understand that Joe Vigliarolo is going to "sweet talk" all of you because he doesn't want any trouble until he can make his moves. And his moves will be subtle. I watched him over and over again blatantly lie to Joe Lanza and the other Director's. I would get sick to my stomach and go in the bathroom and vomit! It was a disgrace to see Joe Lanza and the Board believe this guy. My assistant at Profit Publications would sit there and say HOW IN THE HELL CAN THESE MEN BELIEVE THIS BS FROM THIS JERK? I said I don't know but I am going to make sure if he trys and make a move that someone stops him. Well, I was right. Joe Lanza was wrong and soon the shareholders will see the truth. I know it looks bad for Joe Lanza and the picture is blurred. But with all do respect, Joe Lanza has done a lot of good for this company. But, the company has out grown him and for him to stay on would only hinder the company's growth. He takes a lot of bullets and still keeps going and it is for the shareholders benefit. He sees the potential and the potential is there. Why do you think Joe Vigliarolo wanted him gone? Because, he knew if Joe Lanza stayed, he couldn't make his moves on ASTG. So what a better way, paint Lanza as the scum bag and get the shareholders "brainwashed" to this analogy and then everything will go my way. WRONG! I'm not going to let that happen, Jack. Your hard earned dollars are in this company. You the shareholders have helped build this company. You deserve to win! You can't let this management get away with this! Did you know that Joe Vigliarolo wanted to take $200,000 out of the company so his wife could buy furniture for their million dollar new home? How can you justify that? That is the President of YOUR company? I can tell you facts that would make you sick. I have people who are willing to stand behind me and will confirm these facts!!! You might be angry with Joe Lanza and I can understand why you would be! I'm furious with him!! But, Joe Lanza isn't the problem currently. He has been the fool to let this happen but the serious problem is the Board of Directors who are currently in control and they are being led by the WRONG GUY: Joe Vigliarolo! Jayne Lanza
