Matt,

Thanks for the excellent synopsis on IAIC's prospects. Momentum is clearly building for IAIC's business model. Having marketing powerhouse CA pushing IAIC's UNICAST/2000 is what distinguishes IAIC from the rest of the Y2K crowd. Were there any comments about IAIC earning service fees from factory work utilizing CA's Fix/2000 product? The latest news about the WV state contract indicated such an involvement.

Regarding PR work by IAIC, IR contact Neal Sanders told me that he was readying a presentation to deliver to small stock and micro-cap fund managers. This will give IAIC much more visibility on Wall Street in tandem with IAIC's pending listing on the NASDAQ NMS.

I expect that Cruttenden Roth will have to raise the public EPS estimates of IAIC based on the recent bullish remarks by the company.

Tick, tick, tick ...!

Regards.

Elliot
