Sid, I thought the purpose of the reverse split was
to raise the share price and lower the number of
share's so they could attract more favorable financing
as well as be more attractive to a partner or purchaser.
Now they want to increase the number of share's again.
In a way almost defeating the purpose of the reverse.
They mention there aren't enough share's to do a 2 for 1
split, but it looks like a simple math problem for
comparison and nothing indicative of it actually happening.
Could this maybe have something to do with getting their
market capitalization up over 50 mil., one of the qualifiers
for a NMS listing? If so why don't they just say so.
Just some thoughts.
IMO.
