They are expanding very rapidly here...a friend of mine is architect and, apparently, they are really going state of art. They are planing to use SPIROS inhaler with many different drugs. Albuterol is expected to have FDA approval late this year. They have other in stg III clinical to use with this electrical powered inhaler as well. Big improvement over existing systems I believe.. JO
