These are material facts. If nothing else it is illustrative of the evasion of the company when it comes to keeping shareholders informed. I suppose that you think it is all right to make these kinds of press releases about major deals, naming corporations that have no known place of business or state of incorporation. I think it is a deceptive practice, especially when there has been a repeated effort to have that information stated publicly on the record. Continued silence in the face of these questions moves it from simple oversight in making a press release, to something more like intentional evasion.

I note that you have failed to answer the question, too. So it would seem that these may just be made up companies, that are used for the purpose of making a press release. Don't you agree.

You know while we were out doing DD on the testing, others were preoccupied doing DD on other things. Maybe a lesson was learned then???
