Hey John I do not recall any where in the past two weeks that the financial were not done. Only that they have hired a accounting firm to look them over and give there stamp of approval before releasing them.

John....I agree. The financials were never completed. They blatantly lied to us all that time. Atrix bailed out because of no financials. We thought they lied. Management needs to answer these questions, but, they're just buying time hoping all this goes away. They hope they'll never have to answer any of these questions. WRONG !!!

NO new accounting firm would allow financials to be released
without confirming the numbers themselves. As with any new
accounting firm with any creditability, everything has to be
proven again. I'm sure that if Arif had released the numbers
yesterday or today, he would have had to look for a new
accountant Monday. I can understand why this has happened,
but Arif should have warned earlier in the week and cancelled
the conference call. Arif has dropped the ball but maybe the
strength of the company will pull us through. Arif, you get
a D- minus on this one.

John, I've got it from a very reliable source who was intimately involved with the ATXI deal that the financials were provided, and that person had already seen the draft copy of the financials for '97. The glass may not be half full, or half empty, but it is certainly not empty.

Jin.

>>Some of the newbies on this thread are buying the lines because they
haven't read enough of the old posts to see just how crooked this is
and all the lies that have been told.<<

Good to see some of the shareholders on this thread are finally wising up...

It has always bothered me that the market responses has been so negative. It's practically impossible to keep good news a secret. Somebody always tips somebody else 1 guy tell another, the 2 tell another 4 to 8 to 16 to 32, so information spreads exponentially, that how it gets around so fast. If their is really good news it couldn't be kept secret, you see it time and time again. Look at the charts a rise in price or a gap almost always preceeds real news, that is why it's hard to play a stock on real news the real movement is almost always ahead of the announcement. Well how come if all the good news on FAMH is real, nobody seem to think so, are the people inside the Co. that have access to the truth not believing it. Isn't somebody trying to tip his brother in law to the fact that their is an opportunity here? You would think that employees would be grabbing up shares with both hands. Come on big chunks of this company can be had for a few bucks but no takers. People keep saying this Co is news driven, NOT ,
this company is rumor driven and the word coming from whomever right now is that this Co. is not what they keep leading the public to believe.

PS. I hope that they are only hiding some embarasment or mismanagement and not a fundamental flaw. When they really believe their own press and are really excited about their prospects they will be trying to buy up the float before we get a chance to find out what a real deal it is. People will get the word without a press release and the stock will fly on the leak of good news. Real good news just cannot be kept quiet.
