<You seem to have lost all objectivity and are letting your emotions do your thinking for you. When I ask about the fundamentals of the company (receivables) I get no response. When I post information about a conference call replay that should be useful to both longs and shorts, you jump on it and start touting the stock. I heard them talk about all those issues in the prior conference call. None of it was new news to me and I assumed that it would not be new to other investors who follow the company closely> Archer; First af all I didn't respond to your Query about the receivables for two reasons: 1. I didn't know the answer and I didn't have the time to find out and would rather not post if I don't know what I'm talking about. 2. I don't really care about their receivables right now. I own the stock for the interactive channel, virtual modem, and the patents. As for fundamentals, I only care that the telephone business is cash flow positive ..it is, that they have enough cash to pay interest on the debt.. they do {2 years in escrow], and cash for R&D.. they do, 20 million in cash and if they get the stock over 20 for 20 consecutive days they force a conversion of warrent holders for another 20 million. They are fine into year 2000. I am very long this stock but I'm in at 4.75 so I'm hardly concerned at these levels. The telephone business alone could just about support this price. Now as for your post about the conference call. I took exception about you characterizing the call as nothing new. The call focused on their patents and how they relate to Video on Demand and cable modem co's. I follow this co. very closely and that was definitely news to me. If you knew this well before my hat is off to you. If so that puts you ahead of the management of the co. as well because I believe these are very recent developments only arising after long hours spent with their lawyers. Am I emotional about this stock? Absolutely!!!! Any time I triple my money in less than a year and still believe the real party hasn't even started yet I get tears in my eyes. Now ,three questions for you. Have you read the patents and if so have you had them legally interperted? Are you an expert in this field? You seem intelligent, how are you so sure you're right? No hard feelings, everyone's entitled to their opinions. That's what makes markets. Good luck, MW t
