Do you really expect to get an answer from this crappy company? This company is treating its investors like a piece of sh*t. It didn't change, it doesn't change and it would not change as long as the same morons are running the company. I was tracking two representatives today: One, who predicted the run in CAYC (http://www.exchange2000.com/~wsapi/investor/reply-4219406), and the second, who's very excited about paper money (http://www.exchange2000.com/~wsapi/investor/reply-4674923). I read in the Journal yesterday (I think it was the C section to the far right, long column) on how Internet companies are trying to get rid of these kind of people. As far as I know, SI is the only one who doesn't have their own team to track hipsters, but you can e-mail complaints instead (few warnings with suspension and they are out for good).
