PRMKF announce distribution agreement PROMARK ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH DIGITAL RIVER For Immediate Release Seattle WA-May 28, 1998 Promark Software Inc. (VSE-PRW; OTCBB-PRMKF). announced today that it has entered into an Electronic Software Distribution Agreement with Internet trading giant Digital River, Inc. Digital River is a joint venture with Fujitsu Ltd. of Japan, the second largest computer company in the world, and Tech Squared of Minnesota, a $50 million reseller in cross platform hardware and software products. Digital River conducts electronic commerce for over 1,100 developers including COREL and Olympus. Fifteen of Promark's edutainment software products, currently available on the Company's website ( promarksoftware.com ), will now be added to the shelves of over 200 virtual stores with a combined monthly traffic flow exceeding 30,000,000 visitors. A 1% penetration of this market would result in monthly sales revenues to Promark of $4.8 million. Promark's edutainment products have won three major awards, The Parents' Choice Honors Award, Parents Magazine's Golden Mouse Award and Media & Methods' Award Portfolio and been featured in a number of popular magazines.
