If Arif were to give back about half his stock and the company destroyed it as a show of good faith, and I got a guarantee from the company in press release form that they would do a press release to imform shareholders about any future issuances, then I would buy this stock again. I would see that as enough of a show of good faith on Arif's part that I'd be willing to step up to the plate. I'd bet 1/2 of Arif's shares would give him a higher net worth in that case than all of his shares are giving him now...
