Jayne Lanza,

I asked two simple questions of Joe Lanza and what I get is total bullshit from his wife. How many aggeregate shares of Xecom'AirStar do Mario, Joe Lanza, TopNet and IWIC own now, and how many did you all own one year ago. How many shared did you receive this year? The more this question remains unanswered, the more Joe V looks like a great guy. TJS

Mrs. Lanza:

A few observations/questions/comments:

1.I was just curious: Is Jayne your middle name? Your median name is Newell which of course makes sense to be different from Lanza, however - and just for curiosity - I was wondering the significance of your first name being Marie as opposed to Jayne.

2. As for your husband Joseph Lanza, I have to be fair and would like to say the following: Despite the fact that I find him to be the absolute and ultimate See-bs Man, I do believe he is not necessarily dishonest. In fact I believe he truly wants to do good things (even though his good things are meant to serve him only), but in general the feeling I get (from his posts of the past 18 months or so anyway) is that he really is not the type who tries to screw people (intentionally anyway)!

I believe he may be suffering from an illusion that he is a pretty smart guy who can make things happen with his skillful second hand used car salesmanship, but I believe (for the lack of a better word) he is really "naive" when compared to the other "second hand car sales people" sitting on the management team! Having said that I have to say that practically everything he has said on this thread (including his alleged $3.5+ million investment in ASTG) is nothing but a a bunch of mediocre SEE-BS's Airstar sit com episodes which have brought laughter and joy to me and many many other viewers of such shows! And for that I am very much thankful to him.

In any event, I do hope regardless of what happens to Airstar this thread continues to go on for ever, for which it is a real releif after a very hard day at the office!

Long Live Airstar Technologies Inc.

To All:
Anyone care to speculate who's time it is in the barrel tommorrow?
I see windows with bars, yards with fences,
vision of only 3 persons, going to bank
vision of 3 persons laughing all the way to bank
vision of a lot of people mad as HELL

Are the stockholders going to sit back and do nothing while suggestions of legal action, that isn't happening, is being
used as another smoke screen.
THINK, THINK THINK
Is a thread, strong enough to Hang?
Just the opinion of a THINKING STOCKHOLDER OF ASTG.
J.

Janye, You state:

<My husband is the biggest fool of them all! He believed him and
he let Joe Vigliarolo set him up. I kept telling Joe this guy is no good for this company and the shareholders are going to get burned. Joe didn't believe me and said I didn't know what I was talking about. I also told him that this company was going to go in the tank and the stock would go to 5 cents if he didn't wake up and see what Vigliarolo was doing. Joe Lanza is a talented guy but he falls short on sizing up people. He trusts everyone and leaves himself always to be stabbed and used for a target so the "scum" of the world can get away with ripping people off. I have seen this over and over again. And every time he is blamed for the company not working especially when the company had potential. But I have to agree, he deserved some of the blame for trusting the wrong guys. So I understand how shareholders feel. Its justified. The problem is, I watched it happen and the low lifes walk away with the $$$$$ and none of the blame. Well this time, I predicted this mess and I prepared.>

You predicted NOTHING. Read your previous posts from last year. I have to say, I PREDICTED ALL OF THIS BACK IN THE FALL OF 1996. But your post is absolutely true. Lanza is clueless when it comes to bringing in competent trustworthy people.
