From AIB or any other bank the uses CheckFree, an consumer is able to pay anyone from your AT&T to your own uncle (anyone, anytime, anywhere). If you go to the AIB website, you will see a Bill Pay demo. The service requires no checks, envelopes, etc., you enter the payee data online, hit pay, and the money is automatically deducted out of your checking account.

I have a feeling Travelers is set up only to receive payments, not make them.

Thanks,

Benny
