Then write your letters to the proper authorities and move on. If you're shareholders, then sue. If you're not shareholders, then shut the F#&K up and move on.

Andrew,
Bash the stock all you want its a free country.. Its kind of interesting, you remind me of myself when I was in six grade. When I was in six grade I used to say things to my sister just to annoy her and get under her skin. But luckily I grew out of that stage just before high school..

<< I cannot believe these guys are not facing massive shareholder suits. >>

You could copy this statement and apply it to a huge number of Bulletin Board stocks. But very few BB stocks have enough real assets to make a typical multi-year suit feasible. Bulletin Board stocks are unregulated. NASD and SEC requirements don't pertain. It's all caveat emptor with BB issues. Unfortunately, too many BB speculators are blissfully unaware of this. Fewer than 2 1/2% of BB stocks ever have earnings. But virtually all of them declare that business is looking great and big bucks are on the way. Think of BB stocks as booths at a traveling carnival and of company officers as booth barkers. This ain't the NYSE, Dorothy.
