Raven, nice work there friend!

I think sometimes the reason they do not want to make themselves accessible via e-mail is they do not have enough staff to handle it.
If folks send e-mail they expect answers and this is additional expense to the (OUR) company as well.

I think MDCE will do just fine we just all need to learn patience. LOL
