JUST TALKED TO DAN AT ARCON....Re: Warrants....READ and SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE VERIFY.....Ga Bard...how about it? I was also told June 30th was a deadline for the warrants, but I thought it was a PURCHASE deadline (to get the 50 cent "dividend"), NOT, I repeat, NOT an EXERCISE deadline. Maybe I misunderstood, but I think he clearly said that if you don;t buy the warrants by June 30, you will only get a $1.00 conversion rate, not the 50 cent rate. Another confusing thing....Dan said that since the information that the warrants could be called if the stock closed for 10 consecutive days at $2.50 was based on a warrant conversion of $1.00, **** Now the stock only has to trade at $1.25 for 10 consecutive days, since the warrants are exercisable at .50 (half of the original) VERY VERY CONFUSING....NOT VERY IMPRESSED BY THEIR HANDLING OF THIS INFO RELEASE....trickle effect....even though their heart may in the right place for those of us holding this long term....
