Possible SEC and shareholder action is what will keep me out at any price. Trading halts are not at all fun and I suspect that's what it might take to wake the management up and get them to take the shareholders seriously. Even if everything is cool with management from here on out, which I doubt, I still want them to answer for what they've done to us so far.
