All, I have been noticing some things about Russia lately here and on the news. One, they have trouble controlling their mobsters, similar to the 1920's-30's here when there were more freedoms. Two, they have trouble collecting taxes. Hmmmmm, not too many mess with the IRS and win in THIS country. Three, They don't have a standard ID number like OUR Social Security number has become?? Gee, I thought THEY were the former communist country!;-))
