Thank you for contributing to today's daily misinformation campaign. Even if you were right, the company MUST and I repeat MUST issue a press release stating that OR it must be in the forthcoming SEC filings, just like they did when reducing the exercise price from $1 to $.50. Yeah, and? ---"woops sorry we left something off the last news release..." Looks like they found a sure way to get warrants exercised... I'm off to work...confirm this stuff on your own. All I know is that I've found the reason for the price discrepencies. I wish this was not the case.
