Arnie,

You know as we go around here on the fundamental (technology) issues of why the street doesn't value this company as we would, I harken back to the MSFT of early '80's. If I would have said in 1998 that MSFT would have almost DOUBLE THE MARKET CAP OF IBM. ($210Bil vs $113Bil based on yesterday's close) you would have said (and rightfully so) "What drugs are you on?" I also heard a bit of a discussion the other day on the radio (George Chamberlin) about buying out of favor value stocks with the example of the big banks in 1990--Citibank, etc. would be over a 10-bagger since then--and those are BIG COMPANIES. I am kind of thinking that NXTL is in that kind of class.

Remember I talked my Mother into buying a few shares a couple months ago at 29 1/2. I find myself reasurring her that we insisted we would not even consider selling it for at least two years. I find myself talking a bit to myself as much as I am quieting her thoughts.

Nextel is the kind of company I'd love to have the kingpin of my portfolio (it is) and then go on one of my old Navy extended deployments (back when our financial news was 1-2 weeks old) and forget about it till I get back. I didn't even learn about the '87 hickup until 3-5 days afterward. I truly believe I was fortunate.

Enough waxing.

Kevin
