Jack. You have to understand, I am not a Director of this company. I didn't have any say. I only had my opinion. Joe Lanza didn't believe that Joe Vigliarolo was a bad guy. He thought I was being emotional and paranoid. So what was I suppose to do? Vigliarolo would be livid with me when I would post. He told Joe Lanza that I was causing trouble for the company. So, I just gathered my information and documented events and stayed in the back of the room and watched. I thought if I was wrong, then I am a real idiot. If I was right, then I would have the chance to prove what I thought the entire time. I can understand why you would think I am nuts. Why you feel that I am trying to "snow" you. That's o.k. You should doubt me. But Jack, I'm not a fool. If I was "in" with the management or whoever else you think I'm hooked in with, I wouldn't want the heat on me. I would stay under my bed and HIDE. Its just in time the truth will be known on who is REALLY running this company. Its not Joe Lanza. See, I want my friends to come out on this healthy also. So, you can doubt me, but Jack, I will prove what I am saying is true. When that happens and you have full visual evidence then I know you will believe me, I hope. Jayne

Joe Lanza Jack, Jayne was on me daily. However, every body has a shot with me. I just hope they don't take it. I am to blame, not Jayne. Keep in mind folks, JV is not a crook. He is youmg and is being influenced by (in my opinion), a bad guy. Greed can turn the best of men. I guess I may have been abusive, but my family still has a lot invested, and I want the company to make it. I had never seen this side of Joe V before, it makes me sad, but thats life. Joe Lanza
