Purely hypothetical - not gospel. 4m @ 12ish - one more reason that this will not stay this low (IMHO). I was not stating that the conversion would go through per my example - just an example. Anyway, read the Yahoo board as there is a phone # to call co. for q's. etc. I'm just standing back and watching the rumours spread around like flies on !*&#$^. One of my favorite expressions comes to mind related to the activity on this baby - "there's alot of people more scared now than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs". I'm sticking to my game plan.

Robert, I think it has to do with the dilution effect and shrinking in earnings(they warned yesterday), IMO, don't rush in right now, the market is not very good, it could go down more, and we could buy more at a bargain price later. Sure, this is a good company, but I'm making the same mistake I made over and over, I'll wait a few days til eveything's stabilized.
