Noblesse,

Thud thud. We have gotten the answer as to why no new production order announcements.

It appears to me that your points are quite salient. Although no one is happy with 'a shortfall' announcement, there are several rays of sunshine. First, a 15-25% growth year over year is not a total disaster. Second, MOT has to be feeling the pain and one can only wonder what there plans are for recovery. They should involve and help TFS in 2nd half. Third, there can be no announcement when there is nothing to say, and while this thread is critical, you can not put out something where nothing exists. I like the fact that they stepped up now with 1 month still remaining in the quarter. In fact, I like a lot about what I am seeing with TFS management lately.
Fourth, at this price I consider TFS a buy and will continue to enlarge my position (just picked up 2000 shares as I write). I think 1 of 2 things will happen - business continues to grow and if the 2nd half comes in this stock moves up smartly, or someone is going to grab up this little company. With their technology and manufacturing assets they are a steal anywhere in the 20's.

Last, although there may have been a slight amount of leakage, the volume or lack thereof prior to the announcement indicates that it is quite small if at all. I hope that TFS management and directors see this as a time to personally acquire shares, and that action would signify to the world their confidence in the future. Especially Mr. Wren and the 2 near zero share directors. That is an area that we have talked about before. I would hope that they see this as an opportunity, and purchase something at this level.

We all say that no news to the street is bad news, so I guess this is bad news with a later uposide side.

regards,

Ed

P.S. I told you a break out would bring some volume, I only thought and hoped it would be upside breakout.
