MKTBUZZ, well we are all expecting them to file soon. In the press release they indicated the same. Notice this is a floating target. One part is the audit - which seems to be completed (was indireclty indicated in news release) another are "operation remarks". Notice that MIDL had no problem doing the current filings (10Q & 10K) when they were a shell. Now things are more complicated since Arcon took over. A reverse merger is never an easy thing and to wait some weeks for a late 10K can always happen here so I'm not surprised. However since they haven't filed their 10K I assume the "floating target" changes daily - one could imagine they are heavily negoatiating and it only makes sense to file the 10K when the negotiations are thru.. Could influence the exact date of filing, though regards CROSSY
