this theory of the jump by third world countries since they are not saddled by current copper wires, has failed to materialize. this argument has been put forth for years, ignoring corruption, and costs, technological know how, ... that is required for all this new technology. if you notice, those with the technology continues to add to the technology and grow, things do not stagnate.
