GOOD POST, NO NOT GOOD, BUT GREAT POST. This is the whole reason to buy the stock (WARRANTS) it is the gift the company has given all of us. Value for the trade in price of Ws vs price at market for Common. Takes the MMs play (antics) out of the equation! Bottom line we all win, stock price goes up across the board.

100% .. now he might be able to do a window but he would havce to do a resollution to the TA and the TA would stop excepting the warrants until the resolution got cleared up. Look you have MMs that do not want the warrants to exercise .. Dan can talk about his wants and wishes all he wants to. This comapny has an SEC attorney and DAn regardless of what he says to people in general conversation and whatever has to comply with the SEC. Now if people would go do a little reading then they would be able to understand that you summary is correct. Unless someone knows more than I do (Gosh I hope there is) that summary is exactly how I see it. This all started yesterday and is still continuing today and it is simple. Heck Tom with AVBC had to make a special news release to get rid of the rumors. Tom had to basically SHUT UP talking to folk on a casual basis. And to this day you play heck taking to Tom and getting anything at all. LOL GB
