TO all, Just wondering. Does anyone have a value for FIRAMADA shares if they bought out by another staffing company. I met today with a VP of advertising who has a contract with another staffing company actively seeking growth by buying out staffing companies. I was thinking a buyout price of $1.00 to $2.00 is possible. Any thoughts.
BTW, I am still accumulating FAHM thinking it is now way undervalued.
Best to all. Dave

Steve1, Thanks Steve... that's what I believe also...

Also, we can check the numbers against some of the PR and prior statements that were made by previous people(IRA),for truth.

FAMH needs a solid foundation to build the shareholder confidence back up to a level it should be.

"How can you, as an accountant, add to the previous financials without being certain they are correct? The answer is.... you can't."

The answer is.......It's called "GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING PRINCIPALS", all accounting firms use them. Even the firm that audited FAMH's 1997 financials, as stated in the March 3, 1998 press release. This new firm doesn't need to verify they are correct. Its 5 months ago, what could have changed? It just buys the company a few more weeks to figure out a way to tell you the real news. IMO this firm is sure to find something that will change the number downward significantly.

IMO some of you suffer from battered wife syndrome. You get smacked around in the marketplace daily and once a week you get smacked around on a conference call. You forgive them this time because now they are sorry and won't do it again (until next week).
